Los Cabos, Mexico (August 16, 2024) – Rosewood and St. Regis, a pair of hospitality kingpins, has each planted a flag within Quivira Los Cabos, an 1,850-acre master-planned resort and residential community fronting the Pacific at the tip of the Baja peninsula.
One of Mexico’s leading hotel and real estate developments, Quivira has a very successful track record in Los Cabos, Latin America’s leading luxury destination. Quivira’s newest luxury community is Alvar. This exclusive private community consists of seven buildings, each divided with two low-rise towers of one, two, or three levels.
