SUNSET OMAKASE: A DAZZLING CULINARY JOURNEY
As the sun dips below the horizon, Nobu Barbuda introduces an exclusive Sunset Omakase dining experience, available for intimate groups or a full buyout of the property. Guests will enjoy a bespoke tasting menu crafted by Nobu’s world-class executive chef, featuring a fusion of signature Nobu dishes and locally sourced Barbudan ingredients straight for the Caribbean Sea and paired with a selection of fine wine and sake. Set against the vibrant Barbuda sunset over Princess Diana Beach, this exclusive offering promises an unforgettable evening.

JAPANESE BBQ MEETS BARBUDAN FLAVORS
Nobu Barbuda is unveiling a unique twist on a traditional beach BBQ by bringing a Japanese style that includes a yakiniku grilling experience, to the shores of Barbuda. Paired with seasonal Barbudan produce and fresh seafood, this BBQ experience will allow guests to enjoy bold new flavors while savoring the island’s natural beauty. Nobu Barbuda invites guests to Indulge in Nobu’s signature flavors, featuring local Barbuda seafood such as freshly grilled fish skewers, spiny lobster, and conch, along with premium cuts of beef. Soak up the sun and spend the day eating, drinking, and enjoying time with friends and family.

SUSHI TASTING + MASTER CLASS EXPERIENCE
Nobu Barbuda is now offering a Sushi Tasting + Master Class experience where guests can learn about the artistry of sushi-making at the outdoor Sushi Bar overlooking the brilliant Caribbean Sea. The experience begins with a hands-on cooking demonstration and follows with a sake/wine pairing, full sushi tasting menu and a fully customized dinner tailored to each guest’s specific culinary preference. Following the experience, guests will have the opportunity to take home a Nobu apron and Sushi making handbook to continue their culinary journey.

NEW FESTIVE MENUS
Throughout the festive season, Nobu Barbuda will be open seven days a week and will feature special menus for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve. The festive menus will include unique dishes such as Crispy Rice with Japanese Wagyu Tartar and Caviar, Yellowtail Tartar with Caviar, Tuna Karashi Su Miso with Truffle Mushroom, and more.
