October 2023…// Hilton Molino Stucky Venice, the five-star hotel and former flour mill on Giudecca island, will host a ‘Spooky Stucky’ Halloween Party on the evening of Tuesday October 31st 2023 at its Skyline Rooftop Bar – the highest bar in all of Venice.
Guests can expect to have a frightfully good time at the eerie event, which will feature creepy cocktails by Skyline’s talented team of mixologists, menacing music by a resident DJ, optional fancy dress and daunting décor beneath the Venetian night sky. Limited tickets for the event, which will take place well after dark from 10 pm-1 am, are available now.
Skyline’s talented team of mixologists will whip up a range of cocktails to terrify the tastebuds, including:
- Toad Soup: Inspired by the most bewitching of magical potions – said to be brewed by sorcerers to control the weather – this non-alcoholic tipple blends clarified yellow apple with kiwi cider and 0% beer for a hauntingly refreshing drink.
- Croco: The Croco is based on the myth of Mercury, who mistakenly killed his friend Croco with a rogue discus throw. From Croco’s blood sprang the homonym flower from which saffron is harvested. Saffron forms the basis of this brew, which combines saffron vodka with coffee and vanilla liqueur, finished with a saffron Bombardino mousse and fresh saffron. A magical combination of the creaminess of a Bombardino with the intensity of a Black Russian, this is truly a drink to die for!
Hilton Molino Stucky Venice’s ‘Spooky Stucky’ Party will take place at Skyline Rooftop Bar on Tuesday 31st October from 10 pm – 1 am. Tickets are €30 and include one cocktail. For more information and to reserve, please visit http://sevn.ly/xWZlKvaV.
About Skyline Bar
There’s nowhere else in Venice quite like Hilton Molino Stucky Venice’s Skyline Rooftop Bar – the highest in the city – for soaking up the views while sipping on an autumnal Aperitivo! From this October, Head Barman Sebastiano Scarpa and his team of expert mixologists will shake up seasonal delights for guests as they gaze out over the city of canals. These include a warming Smoky Old Fashioned, a twist on the iconic after-dinner drink combining whiskey and apple smoke with aromatic dark chocolate, maple syrup, Peychaud’s bitter and fresh apple slices. For those who prefer their Aperitivo alcohol-free, the Prodigio mocktail celebrates the history of Venice as Europe’s link with the East. Blending non-alcoholic gin, amaretti, lagoon wildflower honey, lemon, chamomile and star anise, the mocktail enjoys sweetness and warmth, refreshing like a tea in the desert enjoyed along the ancient Silk Road.
