Beena Patel
A globally respected Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Beena is a cancer survivor who teaches others how to heal and nurture themselves. Beena is driven by helping her clients to achieve a more optimal state of living with alignment between mind, body, and soul. Beena adopts a holistic approach that incorporates calming breath work, mediation and intuitive healing practices.
Join Beena at BodyHoliday from 4th October as she leads Yoga, Meditation and workshops focused on Holistic Wellness.
Chamu
Chamundeswari, otherwise known as “Chamu”, is BodyHoliday’s new resident Yoga instructor, leading regular group classes as well as personalised private tuition. With more than 15 years experience globally, Chamu is a real expert in her field of Yoga and Pilates.
All programmes at BodyHoliday are highly personalised. Covid-19 Safety Measures: The beautiful island of St Lucia has been widely praised for its excellent handling of Covid-19 since the start of the pandemic. St Lucia Tourism Authority announced that from 30th May, fully vaccinated travellers to St. Lucia can enjoy expanded access to the destination.
