Riviera Maya, (November 19, 2024) – The fifth annual TFest event took place at the AAA-5 Diamond Fairmont Mayakoba resort in Riviera Maya, highlighting the resort’s meeting and evet capabilities. The leading luxury travel event brought over 600 luxury travel professionals from around the world to the newly renovated, secluded sanctuary for three days of connecting, exploration and networking opportunities. With over 46,000 square-feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event spaces on property and the stunning backdrop of the Riviera Maya, Fairmont Mayakoba provided an ideal space for the event, hosted from October 27-30, 2024.
TFest is an annual trade show that brings together the world’s most influential buyers and exhibitors in luxury travel, offering an opportunity for like-minded visionaries to inspire and network with one another. After a successful 2024 event, TFest has confirmed that the next two years of the annual trade show will be held at Fairmont Mayakoba, further boasting the resort’s pristine natural beauty and impressive event spaces and capabilities.

Fairmont Mayakoba’s 11,215 sq. ft. Riviera is an ideal indoor event facility, with the ability to be split into halves or thirds for a truly multi-functional ballroom that includes a foyer for large receptions, hanging points for elaborate displays, Wi-Fi and a wide range of audiovisual capabilities. For outdoor events, the 13,000 sq. ft. Isla Event Lawn is ideally located on an island at the center of the resort with electrical power, audio-visual and internet connections. In the Convention Center, the Terraza Lawn is the perfect venue for a small cocktail reception with panoramic views. Closer to the water, guests can enjoy al-fresco themed party at one of the resort’s beautiful pools and participate in riveting team-bonding adventures on one of the largest and most beautiful beaches in the region.
