Jade Stones & ASMR: Indulge in eForea Spa’s New Treatments
An oasis of well-being by the lake, the eforea spa offers a range of restorative beauty treatments and therapies alongside a relaxation area with a hydrotherapy pool and whirlpool stations, massaging hot-and-cold waterfalls, a sauna, Turkish bath, experience showers and more.
This year, eforea spa is expanding its offering with brand-new treatments to indulge guests from head to toe. Treatments include the Soothing Facial for sensitive skin, incorporating jade stones to reshape the skin and relieve irritation caused by cold weather, and the Head and Foot Massage, increasing mobility and flexibility and improving blood circulation to eliminate toxins. But perhaps the most unique treatment is the Head in the Stars Reiki ASMR experience. In this treatment, the therapists use ASMR expertly in combination with Reiki, using soft murmuring voices and quiet repetitive sounds in tandem with soothing hand motions and guided meditation, resulting in ultra-relaxation.

Terraza 241 Launches Vegan & Mocktail Menu

Newly designed in 2023, the restaurant and bar are surrounded by rolling mountains, lush foliage, and panoramic views of the crystal blue Lago. The team at Terrazza 241 is delighted to introduce a plant-based menu, designed just in time for Veganuary. Using the freshest of produce from the local region, the chefs have created vegan versions of some of Italy’s best-loved dishes, including Italian Foccacia, Minestrone, and Mele Tiepede Alla Cannella: warm cinnamon apples with a peanut butter crumble and a strawberry grape sorbet.
Of the new menu, Executive Chef Stefano Ghielmetti says: “We have seen a huge increase in demand for plant-based options, both from vegans and non-vegans alike. Guests are becoming more interested in a variety of options and don’t just want the same traditional dishes every day. We definitely have to be more creative to ensure our vegan options stand up against our well-loved non-vegan recipes, but Italy is renowned for having some of the most delicious ingredients straight from the earth. From olive oil to fresh tomatoes, basil to fresh fruit, it’s not hard for us to source delectable produce that our chefs can transform into exquisite vegan dishes.”
Following a plant-based dinner, guests can enjoy live entertainment armed with one of Terrazza 241’s new refreshing mocktails, for all the fun without the hangover. For something simple, the ImPerfect cocktail mixes soda with a choice of different flavors including ginger mikks and raspberries & blackberries, with the added benefit of proceeds from this cocktail going to the charitable ImPerfect mission to raise awareness of early detection and prevention of breast cancer. For those partial to an Aperol Spritz, the Zero Spritz combines pink grapefruit with no-alcohol Prosecco to give that Italian vacation feeling, while the Zen will leave guests feeling virtuous and detoxed, with green tea, lemon, ginger, and guava.
