Las Vegas (April 6, 2023) – Beginning Friday, April 7, Wynn Las Vegas will launch all-new, late-night entertainment at the resort’s picturesque Lake of Dreams, featuring nonstop music and high-energy light displays across the 90-foot performance waterfall. Just in time for outdoor dining season, guests can enjoy the ambient sights and sounds from the patio of Aft Cocktail Deck “After Dark,” where new cocktails and light bites will also be available.
Wynn’s signature Lake of Dreams shows blend colorful puppetry with state-of-the-art sound and lighting for a spellbinding experience that runs nightly every half hour from dusk to approximately 10:30 p.m. Sunday – Thursday and 11 p.m. Friday – Saturday. The new late-night programming will begin directly after the last scheduled performance until 2 a.m. from Sunday – Thursday and 3 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
To accompany the extended hours at the Lake of Dreams, Aft Cocktail Deck will introduce new shareable libations served tableside in elaborate carafes, which are only available from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. Sunday – Thursday and 10 p.m. to 3 a.m. Friday and Saturday. Guests can choose from a selection of cocktails such as the Madrid, made with 818 Blanco Tequila, Licor 43, Kahlua Blonde Roast Liqueur, espresso, Madagascar vanilla and chocolate covered espresso beans; the Mykonos, made with Cîroc Passionfruit Vodka, Chinola Passionfruit Liqueur, pink guava, citrus, Tropical Red Bull and tropical fruit; or the Yacht Rock ‘chambong’ which serves two guests with a split of Moët & Chandon Champagne. Special late-night fare will also be available, including caviar service, charcuterie boards, and chilled jumbo shrimp.

Delilah
A new spring menu is now available from Executive Chef Joshua Smith at the swanky supper club, offering lantern-lit patios and extravagant courtyards perfect for seasonal dining. New dish highlights include spicy tuna tartare; burrata panzanella; and grandma’s gooey butter cake served with fresh strawberries and rhubarb.
Jardin
With a conservatory setting overlooking shimmering pools and manicured gardens, Jardin offers al fresco seating for brunch, lunch and weekend dinner. Menu items range from health-conscious to indulgent, with favorites including the kale pesto scramble; chocolate chip red velvet pancakes; and the Jardin Cheeseburger.
Lakeside
Named for its prime location at the edge of the Lake of Dreams, Lakeside boasts a menu of sustainably sourced, line-caught fish and shellfish sourced from worldwide waters. Executive Chef David Middleton presents dishes such as Mediterranean branzino; wild Hawaiian mahi mahi; and live, fresh caught langoustines.
Sinatra
Sinatra pays tribute to Ol’ Blue Eyes with elevated twists on the classic Italian dishes Frank loved. The open yet cozy patio is the perfect setting to enjoy dishes such as Frank’s spaghetti and clams; veal parmigiana; and branzino served with seasonal vegetables, yellow pepper coulis and salsa verde.
SW Steakhouse
Guests can take in unmatched views of Wynn’s Lake of Dreams from the beautiful patio of SW Steakhouse. Executive Chef Mark LoRusso is serving seasonal specials including grilled Spanish octopus with piquillo pepper sauce, chorizo vinaigrette and crispy potatoes; or rack of lamb with charred spring onion sauce, artichoke and pea ragu and lamb jus.
Tableau
Just off the private Wynn Tower Suites lobby, Tableau treats guests to a poolside patio and wonderfully prepared dishes for breakfast, brunch and lunch. Breakfast favorites such as the short rib benedict and lemon ricotta pancakes are available all day, along with lunch entrees including duck confit salad and the Tableau burger.
Terrace Pointe Café
This lively café features lush, manicured gardens and poolside patio seating where guests can indulge in sophisticated takes on breakfast, brunch and lunch staples. A variety of favorites are offered, including fresh baked pastries, all-day breakfast and indulgent desserts.
