INGREDIENTS:
- 1 ½ oz Rivers Rum
- Fresh ginger
- ¼ oz Simple Syrup
- 1 oz lime juice
- ½ oz peach schnapps
- Lime twist to garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
- First, muddle the fresh ginger, rum and lime juice in a shaker
- Next, add simple syrup, passion fruit juice, peach schnapps and ice
- Then, shake vigorously, strain into a high ball glass filled with ice
- Garnish with a twist of lime and enjoy!
Mount Cinnamon’s Passion & Spice Rum cocktail uses rum direct from River Antione’s rum distillery found in Grenada. - 1 piece of 10 cm (70g) of ginger peeled and chopped
- 1 cup of lemon juice (about three to four lemons)
- 1/3 cup of maple syrup
- 6 cup of water
- 2 lemons cut into slices for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place the ginger in a food processor or blender. Add fresh lemon juice and process until smooth. Add water and maple syrup. Mix well.
- Strain out ginger pulp. Serve in glasses filled with ice. Add white rum to taste for a more “happy hour” inspired drink.

INGREDIENTS:
- – 1-part fresh squeezed lime juice
- – 2 parts simple syrup
- – ½ part Amaretto Disaronno
- – 1 part guava nectar
- – 2 parts passionfruit juice
- – 3 parts spice rum (Mount Gay)
- – 1 part dark rum (Myers’s)
- – Angostura bitters, to taste (we like a healthy portion)
- – Sprinkle of fresh ground nutmeg for garnish

- – Stir all ingredients except nutmeg
- – Serve over ice

1 oz. SECO HERRERANO RUM
1 oz. SYRUP WITH CINNAMON, COCONUT AND SUGARCANE
1 oz. PASSION FRUIT JUICE
6 PIECES OF LEMON, JUICED
12 FRESH MINT LEAVES
CANDIED PINEAPPLE SLICES
The cocktail is garnished with mint leaves, dry pineapple slices, shaved coconut, and a burnt cinnamon stick.
